Very, very unfriendly staff !!!! Make your customers stupid that they often eat wrong or something is missing. One should vlt. to worry in the branch about who is the customer and who is better known, how you deal with people. All other branches are very friendly and helpful, but Zirdnorf has not been able to handle that for years!

Otherwise, I can say that if you come around 4 a.m. at night and the McDonald's is closed, but you really have to go big, the McDonald's slide is very suitable. I tried it myself because I couldn't hold it anymore and I would recommend the middle level ??. PS: It is best to take something with you to clean, unless you want to sacrifice your sweater, as I do.

The entire branch is completely understaffed, everyone is extremely overwhelmed and therefore very rude. Nobody has ever been properly trained, nobody has been assigned an area of ​​responsibility and everyone somehow does everything. Nobody speaks German properly, the masks and the partitions don't make communication any better. We had to wait an extremely long time to be able to pay because nobody cares about the tills. We just wanted to get in and out for a moment, but unfortunately it turned into an extremely nerve-wracking one hour stay. We will never go there again.

In one word, described an absolute disaster. The waiting times are definitely too long for a fast food restaurant. The orders are incomplete or incorrectly executed. The employees seem unorganized and, unfortunately, sometimes clearly overwhelmed. I prefer not to visit this branch anymore. It's a shame that it has waned more than in previous years. Complaints on site do not have the success you would want.

Never have I ever eaten burgers that dry. If this is McDonald's, then you shouldn't. Every child can do better. The best part was the double filet-o-fish. I had the impression I was eating straw. I was there today and the bad lady at the cash register just pulled my money. I know exactly I have a lot of money because there is such a traffic light and I gave my friend (fat Japanese) 10ct. Withdrawn. He owed me € 2.50 and because he can't count, he gave me € 2.60 I couldn't believe it and that's why I counted it twice, then in McDonald's I got it again after 40ct. Asked because I wanted to buy 1 chicken burger (€ 1.59) and 1 ice cream (€ 1.29) I had € 3 from my good friend and still had 5 cents myself. Or so in my wallet the order cost € 2.88 and I gave the woman at the checkout all my change that was at least € 3 and the woman kept all my money and said it fits perfectly. My recommendation is not to go there or open the door and spit in and then run away quickly because something like that is not welcome.
